  We have eaten here for years and supported the restaurant since it's opening. We called 24hrs in advance of the Superbowl to order wings for our party. We were told by the staff that orders could be filled NO problem within 1hr of calling the day of the event. I still had my doubts, so I called 2 hours prior and was told by the General Manager that they could not fill the order. I explained my position and she was very aggravated that I expected her to fill my order. She said there was nothing she could do to help me. You have lost a very good, loyal customer that spends a lot of money eating with large groups. Being in customer service, I would have done anything necessary to help my customer, especially after one of my employees committed to something.

  So Saturday night I decide my amazing wife and i need a pizza. She was tucked out so i called and ordered it. Yeah. On Saturday night. They said an hour wait and it would be ready. OK. busy means it is good pizza. I went to get it a few minutes early, and the place was jam packed. Again- Saturday night, again, must mean good pizza. I got the pie, took it home and i mean to tell ya- the wait staff was friendly, the pie was amazing, and i could not be happier. The pie was thin crust, hand tossed, and the crust was chewy, which i really enjoy. The cheese and sauce were just right, and the pepperoni was great. You can get a pizza for $5 at Little C's, but you can not put it up against this pie. Granted, i can buy FIVE Little C Pizzas for the cost of one of the pies at Bro Joe's, but when you just want a HOT, FRESH pie with perfect crust- pay up and enjoy. it is worth every dollar.
