  The lady working the deli is very rude. She spoke to me like a 2 year old when I asked a simple question. My home publix in hall County has an extremely higher level of customer service. Shame on corporate for letting this continue after all these poor reviews.

  I love Publix in spite of them being more expensive than Kroger. They have quality things. This place in particular has a great Deli.

  My husband and I were on our way to Augusta to the boat races on a motorcycle and remembered half way there that we had forgotten his heart medication. I called and asked our pharmacist if there was anything we could do and she said the order had just been filled so she wasn't sure. She called the Publix pharmacist in Augusta and between the two of them we were able to pick up a 3 day supply in Augusta free for charge. Publix pharmacies are the best in every aspect.... Customer service, compassion and dedication to their job.
  I will never shop anywhere else.
